James Joyce said, "Mistakes are the portals of discovery." I discovered recently that deleting an old Gmail account also takes with it various Google Docs and calendars that were owned by it, as well as the blog that was created with it. Oops. Now that I think about it, it makes sense, but I was caught up in the over-zealousness of tidying up my electronic environment.
So I'm back, but I had to pick a new Blogger name so those of you who had subscribed will have to do it again, I'm afraid. But I promise to make it worth your while.
